| 8. This one I actually grew to like with each viewing. Another Star Trek connection: Nimoy of course, Marianna Hill (Dagger of the Mind), John Hoyt (The Cage). Hill was also in High Plains Drifter. Another version of science vs. the ignorant. The ignorant doesn't understand science, so the ignorant wants to destroy what they don't understand. |

WOW!
I can't believe this one hasn't been discussed here, or at least very little.
It was fun for me to see Nimoy in a non Trek role, and he was fair enough.
I guess you could say this has a bit of that "old" low budget look, but in my opinion, this may have worked really well at the time of the original airing.
I happened to catch a few bits and pieces of this the other night, looking for some possible autograph "material".
It was still interesting, and I need to sit down and give this one a re-watch.

This is an interesting episode. It definitely has a high cheese factor. The little girl offering her arm to the Robot in an early scene is hilarious. Leonard Nimoy in this episode is definitely a must see. 8) Marianne Hill was looking GOOD! This one should have received more comments. |

I enjoyed this one -- an interesting story about a 'rob-it', or perhaps an android, either way, more humanistic that just machinery ("in his image"). I actually sympathized with the robot while on trial -- is that logical?? Cool to see Nimoy, and I always love a John Hoyt appearance.
A solid '7' |

| This is almost like a sci-fi version of "To Kill a Mocking Bird", I think the robot could have walked in a more slow, mechanical and less human like way, but besides that the story was well told and acted, and the ending was good and quite touching. 9/10 |
